Hi, I’m Tracy Townsend, the heart behind True Path Wellness. I’m passionate about helping women renew their health, restore balance, and rediscover the joy and confidence that comes from living in alignment — body, mind, and spirit.
I believe that wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all — it’s deeply personal, beautifully layered, and rooted in the way you nourish your whole life, not just what’s on your plate. My approach blends integrative nutrition, mindful habits, and compassionate support to help you create meaningful, lasting change that fits naturally into your daily rhythm.

My Story
Wellness is more than diet and exercise — it’s the harmony that forms when your habits, emotions, relationships, movement, and spiritual life all support one another.
For many years, I moved through seasons of caring for others, juggling responsibilities, and quietly carrying fatigue, stress, and a sense that I had lost touch with myself. Menopause brought its own challenges and made it clear that even with a “near-perfect” diet and good intentions around movement, something deeper was still missing.
What I discovered — and what continues to shape my own healing — is that true wellness grows from the inside out. It’s found in restorative habits, meaningful connections, faith, purposeful movement, nourishing foods, and the simple practices that create peace and joy.
Today, it is my calling to walk alongside women who are ready to reclaim their well-being. Whether you're navigating a life transition, managing a recent diagnosis, struggling with sleep, stress, nutrition, or simply feeling out of balance, you don’t have to walk this path alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down and craft a gentle, personalized path forward that supports your whole self.
